Note from the Secretary
Gents,
I want to start by thanking everyone for a great Conclave!! If each
person there had half as much fun as I did, I know it was a worthwhile
event!! I also want to tell everyone that I'm looking forward to a great
year and am honored with the chance to serve our Section as your Secretary.
Now on to business: I'm looking to get an informer out to the Section before
the end of the month. To reach that deadline, I'm going to need everybody's
help. Lodge Chiefs, I'm looking for articles updating the Section on what
you've been doing. I've already got articles coming from our Section
Advisers and I've already spoken to several Chiefs.
The Informer is a great chance for you to really talk up your Lodge and
everything you've been doing, don't miss out!! I'd like your articles as
soon as possible. Remember, I'm hoping to get the Informer out before the
end of the month.
The final thing I'm looking for are Lodge reports from the Conclave CoC and
business meeting. With the last Secretary not being there, I'm not sure how
many were turned in. I'd like to get minutes out to everyone one ASAP. If
you could sum up your report in an email, it would help a lot. Thanks!!
