Brian Ahrens, 2010 NER OA Chief
At the OA National Planning Meeting in Dallas, TX, Section NE-5A Chief Brian Aherns was elected by his fellow NER Section Chiefs to become the 2010 Region Chief. Brian is an active member of Hunnikick Lodge, Burlington County Council #690 in Rancocas, NJ. Brian is an Eagle Scout who has received the Founders Award and holds the Vigil Honor. Prior to his election Brian has served as a Lodge Chief, Section NE-2A Secretary, and Section NE-5A Chief. He was the Activities and Recreation Conference Vice Chief at the 2009 National OA Conference, attended ArrowCorps5 in 2008, the OA Wilderness Voyage in 2006, the National Leadership Seminar and the Section Officer Seminar and has served on the staff of the National Leadership Seminar. Brian is from Mount Holly, NJ, is 19 years old and attends the College of New Jersey, majoring in Political Science. Congratulations Brian!
