LOCATION: Penn's Woods Council Service Center, Ebensburg. BEGINS: 0900
One of the topics brought up at the last COC was Cub Scouting. It was put out that all Lodges in our Section should have chosen a Lodge Cub Scout Committee Chairman and actually established the committee by the Spring COC. If at all possible, the Lodge Cub Scout Chairmen should attend the COC. I will provide materials and info that will help them with their committees.
Also, Lodges should be sure that they have their individual parts close to completion. Lodge Chiefs, be prepared to give an update at the COC. Here are the training cells that each lodge is responsible for

---Reminder: Jon Cherry put out the following:
1. We will be taking each Lodge's Key 3 photo for the guidebook. I'm looking for, at least, the Lodge Adviser and Chief, Conclave Chair and Adviser for pictures. Please be in Class A WITH sash.
2. I am asking that the Lodge Chief or a representative please send me a copy of the Lodge history for the guidebook.
3. Any requests for program materials that your Lodge has for Monaken Lodge need to be given to me at or by the COC. Program requests can be made through till the end of April. After that I can not guarantee that our Lodge will be able to get what you ask from us.
4. I will have some more updates that I will distribute at the COC meeting.
